Process for Obtaining a Work Permit:
- Job Offer: The first step is to secure a job offer from a Croatian employer. We will assist you in finding suitable employers in Croatia.
- Work Permit Application: Once you have a job offer, we will guide you through the process of applying for a work permit. This includes completing application forms and gathering necessary documents.
- Send us a clear scanned copy of your passport (All Pages).
- We will issue an Invoice and contract for Professional Services for Croatia’s work permit procedure in your name. You must prepay 1200 euros and sign the contract digitally to start the process.
- After receiving the Prepayment, the employer will apply your documents at the Croatian Authorities and provide you with the submission proof within 2-3 weeks.
- After applying with your documents at the National Employment Services it will take 30-35 working days to get the work permit invitation in your name.
- When the work permit is ready, we will send you the scanned copy in your email; you must make the second payment of 1300 Euros.
- After receiving the second payment, we will send the original work permit invitation and the embassy supporting documents to your preferred address.
- DHL will send the package of documents. And you have to pay courier charges of 50 to 100 euros depending on the location.
- When you receive the original documents, we will assist you in getting the embassy appointment as we have dedicated agents for that but charge additionally.
- After submission of the document at the embassy, it will take another 15 to 20 working days for the embassy to decide on your visa.
- After applying for a visa, you will make the third payment of 700 euros before coming to Croatia.
- In case your visa gets rejected due to not justifying the purpose of your stay, you need to apply for an appeal within 14 working days when your key gets denied. We will prepare a document from the employer and email you a scanned copy that helps you to re-appeal against the embassy’s decision, and you have to submit that document at the embassy. We will be able to help you with the re-appeal—the letter.
- If you don’t get a Visa, we will refund the money only if the embassy says that the documents provided by us are false.
- We provide you with an airport pick service for your accommodation.
- When you arrive in Croatia, we will take you to the accommodation and on the second day, there will be a medical check-up to prove that you are physically and mentally fit to work in an organization. Third-day emergency evacuation training will be conducted for the new employees during a fire or other emergencies. You will also get a certificate for the same. And on the fourth-day documentation will be applied by the employer or Europe Expressway Team for a Tax ID number. On the fifth day, Our Partner law firm or your Employer in Croatia can help you with additional information about banking fees and types of services offered by banks and can help you open a bank account in Croatia.
